Shipping and Shipping Charges

Each garment is carefully inspected and packed in order to make sure that it will reach you in perfect condition. We ship to most countries in the world. You will be responsible for any customs or duty charges that are incurred when your order reaches your country.


All payments are handled by Klarna or Paypal.


All of our products are shipped via DHL. We strive to keep delivery charges as low as possible. Therefore, all deliveries and returns within Sweden are free of charge.


Please note: We don’t deliver to Åland, Canary Islands, Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

Delivery time and tracking with DHL

We normally dispatch orders within 12 hours of receiving them. Orders from Sweden have a delivery time of 2-3 days. Most orders outside Sweden will reach customers within 1-2 weeks. Note, this is an estimated time.


Cancelling an order

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible via email: [email protected] or telephone, +46 8 120 163 00. If your package hasn’t shipped we will cancel it straight away. If your order already shipped, please return it within 14 days.



If you are not satisfied with your order you may return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns are free of charge within Sweden. If you live outside Sweden, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.


Return your item by following the steps below:

  1. E-mail customer service before you send the garment. [email protected]
  2. The garment may not be used and the tags must still be attached to the neck label.
  3. Include your name and order number on the return form and place it in the box together with the garment to be returned.
  4. Close the box well
  5. If you live in Sweden: attach the DHL return sticker you received with your shipment, on the outside of the box.  The return shipping is prepaid.
  6. If you live outside Sweden: Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of postage for returned items unless the items are faulty or the reason for the return is our mistake. It is the responsibility of the customer for return shipping. Make sure you get insurance for the shipment, as we cannot be responsible for lost items. We will refund the money to you as soon we receive items. It may take up to 3 days for processing.




If you wish to exchange for another size or style, just follow the steps above to return your purchase. Then, simply place a new order.   


We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.


Your Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel an account all together.



Conditions of use

By placing an order with Camilla Thulin Design you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. A contract between you and Camilla Thulin Design AB for purchasing one or more of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted through this web site. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may place an order at only with involvement of a parent or guardian.


We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of Camilla Thulin. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.


We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you by e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.


Occasionally, there may be information on our site or in the Service Agreement that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
