Delivery Terms

The following general terms apply to all agreements you enter into with Camilla Thulin Design AB. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

Orders placed by persons under the age of 18 must have the consent of a legal guardian. We reserve the right for any typographical errors in text or images, as well as errors in product specifications across our entire range. All images are to be regarded as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to reflect the exact appearance of the product. In the event of incorrect stock information, we reserve the right to correct this afterward. We ship within the EU.

Prices

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) or euros (EUR), depending on the currency you select. All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices and disclaim responsibility for any typographical errors in pricing information or final sales. The price stated at the time of your order applies throughout the purchase process.

Shipping

Shipping within Europe: 89 SEK

Return fee within Sweden: 89 SEK

For returns outside Sweden, the customer pays the return shipping cost.

Purchase

A binding purchase agreement is concluded only once your order has been confirmed. An order confirmation is normally sent by email within a few minutes of placing your order. Orders are not valid if we are unable to verify the customer’s residential address. We reserve the right to decline an order.

Delivery Information – Sweden and the Rest of Europe

Normal delivery time is 2–9 business days. We use DHL for shipping, and parcels are delivered to your nearest DHL service point. Notification is sent via email or SMS.

We do not assume financial responsibility for delays caused by the shipping company. If you discover damage to the parcel, you must immediately report it to the post office or carrier and file a damage claim. Do not collect a damaged parcel. If damage is discovered after opening the package and can be attributed to the carrier’s handling, contact them to file a claim. If a dispute with the carrier cannot be resolved, please contact us.

Right of Withdrawal / Complaints

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Standard)

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods. You may also cancel your order on the same day it was placed by emailing [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]). We will then cancel your order via Klarna, which handles the refund.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

If you wish to return an item, it must be in its original condition, without defects caused by use, and with the hangtag still attached. Please include the return form received with your shipment and preferably state the reason for the return.

Return within Sweden:

Attach the enclosed prepaid return label to the parcel and submit it at your nearest DHL service point.

Return from outside Sweden:

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Contact your nearest DHL service point or equivalent carrier. We recommend keeping your receipt and tracking number in case the return shipment is lost.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the return reaches us in its original condition. If we assess that the item has been used or altered, a deduction for depreciation may be made from the refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, return the garment (return fee 89 SEK) and place a new order for the desired item.

Complaints

If your item was delivered defective or incorrect, you have the right to return it. Please contact us at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) before returning the item for further instructions.

Return Instructions

1. Pack the item securely in the original packaging or use your own packaging/box.

2. For returns within Sweden: Use the completed prepaid return label included in the package.

3. For returns from outside Sweden: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Contact your nearest DHL service point or equivalent carrier.

4. Attach the return label to the parcel and seal it carefully.

5. Submit the return at your nearest DHL service point and keep the receipt.

Refunds

Refunds are processed as soon as the return has been received, and no later than 14 days after the parcel has arrived at our premises.

Incorrect Items

Claims Regarding Parcels

If you discover damage to the parcel, broken seals, or suspect that an item is missing, this must be reported immediately to the collection point where you picked up the parcel.

Uncollected Parcels

If you fail to collect your parcel, we will charge the actual shipping cost and return shipping fee. An administrative fee will also apply. Our standard shipping terms do not apply to uncollected parcels. We will charge you the shipping costs invoiced to us by DHL. Currently, the fee for uncollected parcels is 250 SEK.

Personal Data and Privacy Policy

Camilla Thulin Design AB is responsible for processing the personal data you provide to us. Your information is verified against the Swedish population register and processed in accordance with the Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL).

By registering and placing an order, you consent to the processing of your personal and purchase data for the purpose of maintaining our customer relationship and for marketing purposes. You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold about you and to request corrections or deletion by contacting us. Once per year, you may request written information about the data we hold and how it is used.

In cases of suspected fraud, we reserve the right to cancel a purchase.

Payment Options

Klarna Checkout

After identification and risk assessment, Klarna Checkout presents the payment options available to you. Regardless of the payment method selected, Klarna or one of its partners handles the payment transaction, while the purchase itself is made directly with the store. Product- or service-specific questions should therefore be directed to the store.

Payment options that may currently be offered via Klarna Checkout include invoice, account credit, card payment, or direct bank payment. Invoice is the default payment option.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable provisions of the Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL).

The mobile phone number you provide at checkout may be used for SMS delivery notifications or other communication regarding your order.
