Dovima is a new dinner dress in our collection, inspired by Dior’s taffeta dress, Chérie from 1947. The dress has a fitted bodice, a small mandarin collar, buttons at the centre front, pockets in the side seams and long sleeves with buttoned cuffs. It has a waist seam and a full skirt with small pleats at the waist to create a flattering shape and belt loops with a long taffeta belt. The material is a luxurious polyester taffeta that has been woven with navy and black threads to create a beautiful shine.
