Here are my best pieces of advice regarding sizing and how we think about it.
Our sizes are NOT small. We usually add 2 cm on top of the official sizing system used in Europe.
What we do have - something very few companies offer - is a wide range of sizes.
The thing is, many brands’ size 38 is actually more like a size 42 when you take out the measuring tape. Quite frankly, that’s pure deception - a refined way of misleading women. Every woman is supposed to want to be a size 38 and wear a 75B bra. I’m truly curious about this nonsense. Be who you are. My best and simplest advice: you are more than good enough exactly as you are!
A size is just a number - a way to navigate toward something that fits. Everyone has different bodies and different measurements. No size is wrong. Don’t forget that.
We’ve somehow convinced ourselves that size 38 is the most “normal,” and that’s simply not true. According to our experience and that of our retailers, sizes 42-44 are the most common for adult women.
Measure yourself with a measuring tape - over the bust, waist, and hips. Compare your measurements with our size chart. If you are a few centimeters above what the chart indicates, feel free to choose a larger size if you want a bit more room in the garment. If you prefer a tighter fit, go with the smaller size.
One thing to keep in mind is that viscose shrinks by about 4% - it’s a natural material. The more syntetic fibers a garment contains, the less it will shrink.
